Residents and visitors thank you for your interest in the Enhanced 9-1-1 Board. The Enhanced 9-1-1 Board is charged with overseeing the 9-1-1 system hardware, software, training and certification of the 9-1-1 call takers.   Vermont’s 9-1-1 system is a state of the art system that is robust, redundant, and fault tolerant.
