Every local exchange telecommunications company, wireless service provider, and voice over internet service provider is required to contact the Vermont Enhanced 9-1-1 Board before establishing connectivity to the Enhanced 9-1-1 System, in accordance with Vermont Statute and/or FCC regulations.
