The Enhanced 911 Board approved the most recent strategic plan in October 2021. The plan documents the current 911 environment in Vermont and identifies the goals and priorities for the statewide 911 system and associated programs for the next five years. This plan is intended to provide guidance and direction to Enhanced 911 Board staff operations and initiatives. The plan will also serve as a mechanism to engage with and inform various stakeholders about plans for the statewide 911 program.
The plan is updated every two years.
