Enhanced 911 Board Partners with INdigital for Next Generation 911 System

Montpelier, VT:
The Enhanced 911 Board, which is responsible for managing the statewide 911 system in Vermont, has entered into a contract with INdigital for the state’s next Next Generation 911 (NG911) system.
The INdigital solution is a fully-hosted NG911 system which aligns with national standards and recommendations for statewide NG911 deployments. The solution will provide all equipment and functionality necessary to process 911 calls and text messages in Vermont.
After a period of system build-out, testing and certification the new system will “go-live” in July 2020 and will continue Vermont’s tradition of providing 911 callers with a state of the art NG911 system.
INdigital, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is an industry leader focused exclusively on NG911 solutions. INdigital operates in 34 states and provides statewide emergency services IP networks (ESInets) in Indiana, Alabama and New Hampshire.
